He's usually really quick to reply. Ever since he got involved with the operation, it seems to be running infinitely more efficiently than before. He will come back to you - give him a bit of time. They were at the Bespoke Bicycle show in Bristol this weekend, so I imagine there was plenty for him to get organised for that.

There's another guy called Dioclese on here who i think works there too.
Its a good shop and trustworthy. Its a shame communication has been lowsy but i would not get to worked up, i'm sure they will resolve it.

Seeing as I brought this into the public eye, I will happily point out that having PM-ed Jammy I have already received a reassuring and helpful reply, will be sure to post again once this is resolved!

I should be cheeky and see if they'd sponsor me a bike with that frameset. It looks lush and perfect for everyday, and I'm so missing having a fixed, and too broke to sort myself out.
I had a good look at the geared version of this at the Bespoked show. The details are fantastic. Quite different, perhaps unique to the market currently?
I'd certainly consider one as a nice everyday ride.

Ordered front and rear lights from Tokyo Fixed on Thursday. Received a confirmation email.
No sign of lights, called up today (Wednesday) to be told they were out of stock.
To which I replied "And you didn't think to tell me?"
Had to ask for a refund too.
Shame, as I quite liked them before.

Apologies for that, we usually email within 24hrs if there's been a stock error that causes an issue like that. We're investing heavily in stock systems and a new back end for the website which will hopefully solve these problems...

Thanks for the loaner on the chainring bolt key thingy.
Here's hoping the nuts hold tight for more than three days this time.
As always friendly and helpful!

Web site up the creek in terms of listing non available stock. Tipped them off three months ago and the mythical 24 inch rims are still up for sale.
Com'on lads, sort it out.

Heads up: We are CLOSED tomorrow, the 8th of November. A new fire alarm is being installed at the shop, and for insurance reasons we must close whilst the work is being done.

STOCK UPDATE:
We've had a nitto drop and we now have some of the nitto NAS bars in the shop that everyone seems to want. Also some nitto B127 track drops that are SICK.
On the website in a few days too... -

It's online now! Max was quicker than I expected...

Guys! It's sale season. Even I'm suprised by how low Max has taken some of this stuff. Leader 722 for £120...725 for less than £200.
-
• #298
That's almost trade price! guess the Leader roadie isn't that popular with the kids...

I'd love the 60mm carbon rims but even at £250 they are over my budget right now!
Leader 725 £195 tho. Thats is very tempting, I'm gonna to give it the big body swerve tho!
