I'm trying to think when it's used in the film, is it the scene in the maze at the end ?

Ronnie ye shall have your biscuit.. pretty crazy though eh? ;)
if you play the piece (which is at once chilling and strangely beautiful - I had to listen to it as part of a music course at school when I was 11 - did wonders for me nerves) you'll recognise extracts from it. I think it's used in the final sequence in the hotel though, certainly the "wall of blood" bit..

Aye - just been listening to it. The Walter/Wendy Carlos stuff is great too. Oh BTW, I once watched the Shining with a girlfriend who hadn't seen it before and was well spooked by the whole film. I regularly did the **Here's Ronnie **bit to her and freak her out.
