GP 4 Season's have less puncture resistance than GP4000s IMO. I blame the sidewalls.

Sound like you may be unlucky to be honest, my Corsa G seemed pretty good on poor road surface in Surrey and even on the snow covered mountain of the Sierra Nevada.

I have one of these, but the 25c comes up nearer 28c on my rims so it doesn't really work with my clearance/mudguards, didn't want to risk getting 23c and finding it comes up at 23c not bigger

Actually it does, my friend have same rims, and 23mm tyres, they turn out to be 25mm.

Switching from 120tpi Knards to Gravelkings. Can't fault the ride on and off road with the Knards, but puncture protection is non existent, I've had 5 in a month.

don't this I ever answered this @Hulsroy but the reflective strips from Voyager Hyper ultra are very easy to remove, they just peel off in one go. But they do leave a faint grey line in their place. which, doesn't actually look all that bad.

if anyones looking for some cyclestore.co.uk got gumwall gravelking sk in a 35c with free innertubes, was surprised to see they were specialised tubes when mine turned up.

Looking for a ~40c tyre for my cross-check, something that can do just about everything fairly well - dirt, gravel, some mud and road

Looking at wtb nano, surly knard, gravelking sk. Any other suggestions or advice?
