MACK vs Goldtec Hubs

This thread is helping my hub choice dilemma, personally I've ruled out goldtecs because I don't want to do them up with an allen key and I think they're fugly ;)

Ha ha, I think it shows how all over the place I am about what hubs I want James! I think deferring the decision is the best thing I can do, I feel like a kid in a sweet shop.

Deffo go for Goldtechs, super-solid and reliable, but Macks are really strong with great build quality and will last forever. When it come to wheel build don't forget that spokes are only as good as the nipples attaching them to your rim.

Are Goldtec using steel washers yet?
