Neither.
-
• #438
ok i've got neither (wanna make a suggestion then?), look for fit, both look good - what about the technical specs? Frames, cranks, wheels all about the same? Nothing to differentiate them there?
-
• #439
both look bad dont they? both look like knock offs to fit the fashion?
id get neither.
if your spending that sort of money you could get some thing great off ebay and take it down to single speed, mercian, dolan, colnago (frame), bianchi, eddie merckx, gios?
if you dont wanna build get some thing from tokyo fixed gear/bricklanebikes.
far nicer no?

comes with a pricetag.
the fuji's great, aside from the fact to ride it, you've got to get a 3/32 cog (because it comes 48x15), a front brake (unless you ride brakless(tm)), change the bars (because they're the worst drops of all time), and get pedals/retention (because the worst clips and straps ever had are one the stock peds)
and you can get 'em online for sub-300 queens, and you can spray it whatever color your little heart desires at armourtex. simples.

that being said you should try any bike to see if it fits. we can't tell you if it fits you. the only people who can are magic, or expensive.
-
• #442
just on looks i like the steel langster.
-
• #443
I've got a plug grinder myself and I love it, but I'm no bike nut so I couldn't say which is better
When I bought my OTP bike I just went for the bike I liked the look of the most, I doubt I'd even be able to tell a real difference if I chose a bike with slightly different/better components.
Check em both out in the shop and then get the one you think will make you want to ride it most!

forget about the specification and go and test out both of them.
then choose the one you like the most.

^^
What is happening with the forum? Helpful advice to a "Which bike should I get?" question? -
• #447
The new Langster is actually quite nice, I usually hate them. Glad they've got rid of the sloping top tube, that shit pissed me off unreasonably.

Felt Brougham 2010........is my recommendation.
-
• #449
fuck it
if you are buying a bike for appearances find one where the handlebars are close to your hand in a walking position
this way you dont have to ride the fucking thing but you will be able to look cool and nonchalant when walking along with it

Not that I advocate such a thing of course.
Have you ridden either?
