Hard lumps normally go with time. What I have is a very fluid sack which wobbles and has stayed the same size for nine months.

I got one of them fluid sacks from a crash at easter, it stayed for about 6/7 months and then went away on its own. Now I have an indent where it was!

Hi to you all out there and inparticular to cliveo.Cliveo I am somewhat disappointed to not see that you have seen the error of your ways and invested in Traditional Pedals with Toeclips and Straps and Nail On Plates.If your insurers find out that you have replaced your worn out cleats for the same system they may consider you negligent in your own safety and contributory when it happens again,AND IT WILL.With the old system security on the pedals was a vertual guarantee and even without plates but strapped in the feet could still be removed if required.Happy & Safe Riding to you All.To you inparticular:-cliveo.

Hmmm. Conversely, toeclips/straps/nail-on plates are a bit harder to get out of in an emergency situation.

I didn't bring my shoes back to ride over here. I've been riding clips and straps. I hate them. HATE THEM.

Is it not possible to have the whole thing drained and then for the wound to be left opened and packed. It would mean getting it cleaned and repacked on a daily basis for two to three weeks whilst the body slowly healed it self from from inside out.
