Sorry, but I can't agree with all this blowing sunshine up Senna's arse. Yes, he was a gifted driver, definitely one of the best drivers of all time as far as talent goes. However, he was as determined to win at all costs. As bad as Schumacher, though Senna would actually admit to purposefully punting off other competitors to win the championship. Something that Senna fans are very proud of (go figure). As for giving to charity, have you any idea how much money Shumacher has given to charity? Yet he is still seen as the Dick Dasterdly of F1 whereas Senna somehow has this saint status.
It's a funny old sport I guess.
Also, neither Senna nor Schumacher can compare to Clark.
Clark was effortlessly amazing. But different times- hard to compare Senna with him really...

As much as I love the guy, I had a good chuckle at this:

Oof Vettel.
What is it with German drivers?

British people are still very anti-german when it comes to sport

I quite like Vettel, but he can't handle the pressure it seems. Would have hated him had he shunted Hamilton off mind.

Weird.
Somebody has painted what looks like 'SORE LOSER' on the track just after the pit exit.
*Imagines pissed F1 driver out with the line paint at 3am.

The only way Senna could've ever beaten Clark in a race would be to punt him off, which i'm sure he'd do.

It would seem so. Though I have to admit that I thoroughly enjoyed the England v Germany match in the world cup with a bunch of German friends.

As a Ferrari fan, I am finding it hard this season, because Alonso is driving for them.

Hamilton. Really. No signal, no life-saver, no mirror, nothing, just drove into a space that wasn't actually there. Tiskey-tutty-tut.

Then Kubica does exactly the same to Alguersuari and gets away with it. The Gods are not with Lewis.
-
• #1796
Might be more down to the fact that Kubica was on fresh tyres and Alguersuari's were about 50 laps old, added to the fact that on a good day Kubica in that Renault could easily take a podium while the same can't exactly be said for Alguersuari in his Torro Rosso.

Kobayashi, what an awesome driver!

no real surprises with that one unfortunately , been on the cards for a while.
will open up new opportunities for others contenders though.
cant imagine any huge interest in Kobayashi, Ill eat my hat if he gets taken by anyone for 2010.
he could always go with nascar :p

I was very disappointed with this morning's F1 offering. Had the chance of a lie in, earned it with a decent night on the lash last evening, but woke up early. Easy, I though, slap the 5 Live on and I'll be away in no time for another couple of hours. But no. The sodding commentary of yet another non-event attempt to pass a back marker was so irritating I couldn't bloody nod off. What are the chances of that eh? Mind you, did get a decent nap in once the Commonweath tiddly winks live came on, so not all bad.

So, now that Lewis is mathematically out of it, as long as Alonso doesn't win I really couldn't care less who takes the title.
he did untill that driver happened to be challenging him on the track for wins (prost) then he would do whatever he could to beat them- including crashing into them on purpose.
