He went AWOL last night again, I'm beginning to think he's the Barcardi cat.
He's back now though and loving his new bed

My friend's flatmates don't like her cat so she needs to find it a new home until April when she moves out.

lovely! you can also attach images to a post by going to "Go Advanced" and clicking on the paperclip icon to upload from your computer. it's a bit erratic though, you might have to try it a few times.

kitteh is now chipped, all was going well until the journey back, when because we couldn't let him out in the morning, he had a bit of an erm.. accident on the way back.
He's outside cleaning himself up, while I bleach the kitteh box.
tuna and catnip froggie tonight to make up for it I think, however being stuck in a car in close proximity to fresh kitty shite was pretty good revenge on his part I think. Cue exclamations of 'Oh Jesus Christ' by Mike and myself and all the windows being opened.

just be thankful you weren't in the car.

I'm thankful I'm not your adopted cat who has to lick kak off himself! Surely a mog bath is in order?

Can't help thinking of Steve McQueen's Hunger. I now have an image of Clefty mopping dirty water for a really long time while Wolfie 're-decorates' the interior of his cell. Duuurty cat protest!

Haha, I did try to approach him with a damp J-cloth but he wasn't having any of it.
I've never given a cat a bath, and seeing as we dont actually have a bath, it could be ..interesting.
Can you get 'shake n vac' for kittehs? -
• #2295
You can get 'tush wipes' ...
They're actually quite handy in such times of need.

Get him down the garage and pressure wash him. Or strap him to the roof of the car and run him through the carwash.
-
• #2297
I did consider putting the hose on him, but couldn't bring myself to do it. Maybe i could lure him into the shower or..

• #2298
Hold by scruff of neck, use shower to wash him down in other hand
-
• #2299
He'll probably clean himself up, a damp J cloth is probably all you need if he's got any remaining clag nuts or dingleberries ...

As Dammit said - take a good grip of the scruff of the neck will pacify him, like how his mum would have carried him.
Which is why i prefer dogs
