Can your shop source a Black Bay 58 quicker than 10 weeks?

Unlucky pal, I had a rocky road with a vintage Tiffany engagement ring I bought the now wife, had to take the jeweller to the small claims court. Hard to believe sometimes there are more important things than watches.
@Mr_Sworld that looks great although I find the range of Seiko divers bewildering.

I polished the crystal, acrylic? with Autosol, came up a treat the only issue is the crack between 11 and 12. I was getting my knickers in a twist about this, going to replace it etc but its 51 years old I am calling it patina and living with it.
Some vinegar and water has given the case a bit of a birthday and a new Nato strap to finish it off.
It keeps time really well, if its not broke I'm not getting it serviced. Makes me sad I had it in the loft for nearly thirty years :(

Looks superb. Probably doesn’t matter as you’ll never sell it, but these have been constantly increasing in value over the last ten years. And yours is about as good as it gets. Was your Dad in the RAF?

Also discovered that a mid 90s speedy in 38/9mm is quite nice

I would like a GMT watch. Unfortunately Seiko, which would be my preferred choice, only do a kinetic or Grand Seiko in that style it seems nowadays.
The kinetic is nice but quartz and the GS is out of my price range.
Any suggestions? An automatic preferably but I suspect that's going to be spendy.

That is nice, the grey nato really compliments it.

Budget?
Steinhart 39mm diver GMT is €490 in the pepsi colours.

As a recent Steinhart convert I heartily recommend them...

Lovely! Tritium is king. It's still worth getting it serviced IMO, if the movement´s not well lubricated you'll risk damaging the movement in worse ways

Friday watch choice and old school again. I bought this about 18 years ago whe Mappin and Webb in leadenhall used to do end of line sales, got it for half ticket price. Not so much love for breitlings on here but this is quite subtle by their standards !

Glad you’re enjoying it! Too big for my taste, but it’s a really sweet watch if you like a bit of heft. Was nice to meet you too.
