i'm ever-so-slightly obsessing over it now. t&a calls it the "two button turnback cuff" and it's only available on bespoke... minimum order of 3. worn by this fellow though:

A new designer I'm working with just showed me a few sketches with a slimmer version of the cocktail cuff, should have samples in a few weeks I'm excited to see how it turns out.
