Changed my (slightly) worn Rando on the rear for a Refuse. It feels a little skiddy. Perhaps a little tooooo skiddy. If you hear a scream/manly shout from the back of the pack followed by a thud/rustling please come back and pull me out of the bushes. Thank you please.

@all - thanks again to everyone for a great ride. trains went to plan (cough cough dropout) and the riders were there as the train tipped up. I got the big man upstairs to chuck in a sunset and a puncture free ride. Great to see all the new faces and sorry if i didn't get time to ride next to or chat with you all but i hope you enjoyed it and will be along again.
Some quality snacks on the way home and a 10 min pint.see you after the alps L's & G's

Quality evening as ever - good to meet new and old faces and see a mini peleton building up. Fantastic route for a summer evening ride and the sunset was an unexpected bonus. Thanks to BMMF and the mini group for the ride out to Roydon - must find that Epping Forest cut through section again.
Hope those CtoC and Alping it next week get some brilliant riding in. I'm not in the least bit envious...

I did 88 miles, so fuck knows what purple_mj clocked up.
Thanks to all, especially those on the ride out and the ride home, and to Texas for the little sprint up the closest thing to a hill all night (and purple_mj for the Guinness).

Did you get the correct train back, anyone lost to fictional horror characters? I was really looking forward to this, so I hiope everyone enjoyed it a little bit more for me (I'm so giving) and I'm looking forward to meet all the noobs once I'm a fully fledged graduate.
