I see you in loverly countryside.
    Jakshemash!

    @Jonny
It helps to wash it first n all

  • Changed my (slightly) worn Rando on the rear for a Refuse. It feels a little skiddy. Perhaps a little tooooo skiddy. If you hear a scream/manly shout from the back of the pack followed by a thud/rustling please come back and pull me out of the bushes. Thank you please.

  • My ass feels better and my bright light is mounted - I wish I was with you all.

Hope you had a good one.

  • Many thanks to Jonny et al for a great ride, fantastic scenery, great bunch of folks, what an introduction to TNRC. Hope to come along again soon.

    Simon

  • @all - thanks again to everyone for a great ride. trains went to plan (cough cough dropout) and the riders were there as the train tipped up. I got the big man upstairs to chuck in a sunset and a puncture free ride. Great to see all the new faces and sorry if i didn't get time to ride next to or chat with you all but i hope you enjoyed it and will be along again.
Some quality snacks on the way home and a 10 min pint.

see you after the alps L's & G's

  • lovely ride and company thank you all

  • Gracias Jonny for such a great ride.

Handy lovely countryside, exciting peaceful roads, impressive sunset, good pace, perfect timing,...nice meeting you, Marco, & all of you.

Nice way to break the routine of the week.

  • A really nice ride, bang on organized!
Only shame the 5 min pint, not enough for to know better the riders, and I hate to talk while I ride..I go short of breed quite easy.

BTW hope to ride with all of you soon, nice to ride with you too Diapo, and Tika(like usual), Drop Out, Jonny, Wools, Gavin, the men which I meet in the dark wood when i lost my front light( I forgot your name, send me a pm please) ...and all the rest of you!!

    KIsses and Hugs

  • lovely time and nice to go largely without incident...Jonny and Tim, have a great time on the continent, look forward to hearing tales of your escapades on your return

  • thanks to the presidents and patrons of TNRC for a brilliant ride. very impressive having these country lanes illuminated by a bunch of 20+ hope lights

  • claus, is that your idea of tapering for Wessex?

  • Quality evening as ever - good to meet new and old faces and see a mini peleton building up. Fantastic route for a summer evening ride and the sunset was an unexpected bonus. Thanks to BMMF and the mini group for the ride out to Roydon - must find that Epping Forest cut through section again.

Hope those CtoC and Alping it next week get some brilliant riding in. I'm not in the least bit envious...

  • I did 88 miles, so fuck knows what purple_mj clocked up.

Thanks to all, especially those on the ride out and the ride home, and to Texas for the little sprint up the closest thing to a hill all night (and purple_mj for the Guinness).

My legs hurt. My back hurts. My bum hurts. My eyes hurt. My neck hurts. I am:

  • lots of info needed in match reports then - how did the trains go, who rode out (and maybe more importantly..) back again. Did you get the correct train back, anyone lost to fictional horror characters? I was really looking forward to this, so I hiope everyone enjoyed it a little bit more for me (I'm so giving) and I'm looking forward to meet all the noobs once I'm a fully fledged graduate.

  • +1 to what everyone up ^ there has already said. Cheers everybody, nice one.
