dudes - get beer sorted for yourselves before you board the train at liv street. we don't want 25 people cack arsing around with 2 bottles of beer each in the shop before we get started.
too fucking right - the unwritten rule no. 13 of TNRC is **there will be no cack arsing about on the TNRC - **there, you all had to go and make me write it.
to those dropping out, shame. to those still in - Glory!

+1
how can you plus one that skully - how many outings have you made dude?
STE5 - the TNRC stops noone from riding every Tuesday or any time they like - just lots of the regulars have other aspects of the life that demand energy - anyway, get out on one dude - still three more after this.

Oh the shame.

Oh the shame.
haha, move safe skully. and will be plenty more rides in the new season. we might have to research one that suits our deep south locale ;)

unbelievable. Tried to ride to L'pool street station to gets my legs going, turned off to come back home 2/3 way down kingsland. knees, joints and stomach all aching. I'm half expecting to wake up with a pig's tail in a few hours, if I do it'll be twirly (too early).
fading fast, half-remembered kids jokes kicking in, going to bed. have a good ride, this was the one not to miss. very lame.

Just checked the map. Looks straight-forward enough. [/jinx]

its fncking warm out there... i have a comical amount of layers
also just for BMMF i have just purchased a MetRX protein bar so I can shape myself into more of a strongman. ugh!
-
• #3040
Lenni, I see you lurking there. You gonna roll past mine on your way through?
-
• #3041
@shoots - see you near the ticket office.
@Zed - fucking grr, man.
@the what-about-weekly? people - what jonny said. There's something almost magical about a fortnightly set-up. Monthly, and you run the risk of not riding for months if you have to miss one. Weekly, and it becomes another boring, predictable ride, almost an obligation. And remember, jonny & clintsmoker already share a bed. They see enough of each other already. Let's not force them to live in each others' pockets.

Whoah, what a superb ride. Huge thanks to the organisers. Soooo warm, great pace, lovely route, only two mishaps. Really enjoyed my ride out, in the most beautiful sunshine, got there at about quarter to 7 and bummed around Ingatestone for a while. No group turned up until 7:45. I'd forgotten that one would be riding up from Shenfield.
A wonderful moon, deer leaping across the road and sighted by the side of the road, and plenty of werewolf sounds while we waited for the second puncture to be fixed (who punctured?). Only two punctures in such a large group is very good going. Great to see everyone out! One of the highlight rides of the year for me.

Yeah, it was alright. I'm all about 'walking' these days anyway.
See you next year.

uhh, bmmf, thanks for that above, #3041. and oliver you too dude, great to have you out there. i didn't mean to sound flippant about the best series of rides. i am sure there are others and i know you have led a few beauties yourself.
big thanks to clintsmoker for an awesome route. i may have reccie'd it a couple of times together but they are some sweet lanes you have found there. also, big thanks tonight for bmmf for volunteering to be the man at the back, keeping things in line and making sure the group could stay cohesive. hope it wasn't too dark for you back there dude. good luck with the rest of the training.
a lot of old faces and regulars there tonight, even purple_mj cutting his own path in the essex night. jung, good to see you, hope you enjoyed popping your TNRC cherry.
i really enjoyed that tonight, thanks all for being a great bunch of people to hit the blacktop with.
fuck yeah

all the new faces - hope to see you again.
Purple - was shocked to see you made it out there on your own but big up for that. (commitment - take note y'all)
nature spot - herd of deer in the road - you gotta love nature.

Real glad I met up with you all in the end, even it was just for the journey back...
I new it would be a gamble if I would meet you all 1/2 way round knowing I was 3/4 hour behind you by the time I arrived at Ingatestone, so I went clockwise for 16 mile but then grew nervous that my navigation was pants so just doubled back and was only at the station for 5 mins and then heard rummaging in the undergrowth as people were looking for tins and bottles of stash, great idea.
Still, some nice lanes Tim well done you all.
See you in two. -
• #3049
What more can I add. These rides never fail to put a smile on my face.
It's a great one for sure. It's nice to see Oliver and Teds comments, which is a great reflection on tonights route and Tims effort in putting it together.
Off to bed, more tomorrow.

Sounds an awesome ride. Big respect to Martin for finding you lot out there in the dark.
Jonny, I'm available on both dates. Funny really, I was hoping to get another Kent ride in before the end of the season, as I'm pondering doing it on my Brompton, for a laugh like. If that were the case, the first route would probably be the one for me, not too hilly (except for Exedown), and as you and Tim know the route I would make sure you wouldn't wait for me should I momentarially become detached from the rear (!).
But it's not my decision, I'll let you decide.
