Time Trial / Time Trialling / TT

I seem to have entered two more short ones. A 9.8 mile in North London and the next one of the Hillingdon ones. Not sure I am ready for a 25 mile one :-)

But the CTT event list thing doesn't show any details. Maybe it's closed too?

Need more forward planning. Means I can go to the RST team training day though.

Only one 30 mile course worth riding, E2/30 towards the end of the season.

It didn't include 10s or 25s or 30s

Are there any club 25s next weekend I could enter? I wanna hit one and have a crack at my PB before I go away.

hmmm might do that myself actually, 8am start time, home by 9.30ish, drive to friends go for 40 mile jaunt, bbq and pimms o'clock...

Up and down the A4, right past The Bike Whisperer. I have a feeling I might've ridden that before. Couple of years ago, early season with a big hail storm just before the off.

First course I went under the hour on.

I really need to do an open 25 to get a decent qualifying time for the national.

Looks like @Sainsburys_Ed is stepping up to the role.

How do I enter that? It's not on the CTT site. Can I just EOL if I'm in a WLC member club?

I didn't know you randomly saw it. You might've dealt with GS Henley before. I emailed their TT dude but got an out of office. They're WLC so I guess I could just rock up and race.

Yes, closed on the same day as the WLCA one. How long have you been TTing? Entries have closed on the Tuesday 11/12 days before the event for at least the last 40 years.

25 miles, up and down the A4 riding a steel gate with drops.... I need more convincing

I know. I know. I only plan the big events though, the long stuff. Things like 10s and 25s are an afterthought so I wing it. Usually I can ring up and get a late entry.
