My mate took the Pug down to the car wash thing on the weekend and it came out sweet! I wasn't sure so i did it by hand after my crank episode. Glad I didn't. (Cheers BMMF)

Are those high pressure hose at the car wash joints powerful enough to fuck sealed bearings?

it'sok as long as you spray quickly from a bit of a distance away, as opposed to holding it on the seals from 6 inches. always used them. and have never once got water in bearings.

The water/grit/salt combo is all over everything lights, bag and bike. Goes on as a black sludge and dries all scaly and eurgh, should really invest in a mudguard.

My bike is so dirty I had to leave it at home today for fear of being spotted. Do you think I could ask Jaygee to clean it as he's at home and I'm sure it would help him keep his mind off his cold?

Cleaned my bike last.. hm.. Actually I don't think I cleaned it since I got the new custom frame about a year ago... :) but now it's very dirty..

but hael stayed round the rig on the weekend... his bike is dirty and lovely at the same time.

My chain squeaked like a whiney mouse all the way home from Souths last night. Gave the chain a quick lube this morning and halfway to work the mouse was back. Fucker. It'll be cleaned to within an inch of it's life tonight.

My bike is covered in oil and powderised road. Each morning I just wipe the lights and spray WD40 on the chain, cant be bothered to wash it at the mo.

As soon as they salt the roads though, its a daily rinse and wipe. That stuffs feckin bike poison.
