It's a month or 2 over. Nothing major.
On another note i've just been to Paris. Place is starting to get on to craft beer. Found a few shops/bars.
The People's drugstore in Pigalle was great, especially as they'd let you drink in the shop. 6e for a 750ml belgian ale was much better than the 7e+ charged in most bars for a pissy lager.

Fuck, yes!
Walked into the Weatherspoons that is just outside of work to use up my CAMRA vouchers and I found this...
I know Dann, he came over here to learn the UK brewing methods. He is now a gypsy brewer back in the states. Lovely bloke!
Anyway it's a clear saison rather than cloudy, fucking lovely and only £1.79 with the voucher. Win!
I'm going back tonight after work to have another (or two)!

Had a Kernel IPA 4C last night, damn that shits good.
Also Chorlton offy have out of date point brewery stuff for 89p a bottle. Cannot resist. Beer can't really go off, right?
Do you visit Carringtons much? Picked up this little lot of interesting dark beers there just now:

I prefer chorlton offy or Tiny's tipple. Both are on my commute. Chorlton guys are really nice and will try to get specific stuff in if you ask for it. they got some Partizan's in at my request, i'd highly reccomend the mild if darker beers are your thing. Tiny's have the mega cute dog (Tiny i believe) and one of the staff rides bikes.
Had a Thornbridge selection this weekend, Jaipur, Kipling and Kill your Darlings. All fantastic. Though Jaipur has never lived up to the first time i tried it and thought it was the greatest beer ever.
Also visited Friends of Ham in leeds. Good and varied selection of beers, (i dont recall what i had tbh) amazing atmosphere and super ham and cheese. Highly reccomended.

Nope, both are on Wilbraham road. Little bit further toward Stretford than Croma is.

I failed at hipster college.

Reading this in The Battery Park cafe, so will open my eyes for these offies when we leave, as we must've passed them walking up here... doh.
Edit: Rather painlessly I'm now 3 more dark ales to the good, Kernel, Beavertown & Flying Dog

Step out and look left. Tiny's has had a really nice refit, you feel classy shopping in there. Chorlton Offy is a bit more rough and ready.

Cheers Kompute, Chorlton Offy leapt out so I went there, Tiny's can wait until payday.

Calendar: Most of the Belgian brews are still out of stock but the British ones are back.
I want more craft beers in my list though so it's not all ales. Suggestions?

As currently between jobs I have been frequenting many weatherspoons of late. Always a good ale selection and cheap.

The Daily Mail write misleading articles by leaving out key information? Never!
Lol, that chap puts it very well but arguing about a set of stats from the Mail is kind of pointless, most people see through the bullshit, I hope.
There are lots of instances at the moment of statistics changing due to improved measurement and categorizing methodologies. Interesting stuff. -

Magic Rock have made a beer for Steve Peat, something to do with a new film
Wrong.
Unlikely however that the reduced to clear stuff will be too far gone.
