At any rate, the 2 inch pipe Lucky uses is similar size to the skinny grey ABS we have.

Yo they're done. I'll place an order asap but would like to get at least a couple more in to cut costs.

fat pipe: 2" inside

They (ours and Lucky's) have to be the same, don't they? Every piece of pipe i've ever had has been those diameters.

Inside diameter changes depending on the class. Outside diameter stays the same (so you can use the same fittings for all classes for a given size).

Yep, but could that be dependent on material? All the talk above is about ABS, the heads Lucky is making now is HDPE, similiar to the water and gas pipe we use.

Gabes, that's amazing that it's used in tattoo inks. I've known that some tattoo inks are similiar to auto paint, using the same pigments but plastic? Polo mallet plastic? That's creepy.

Mike, just to confirm is this the same inside diameter size as the standard yellow abs stuff we have in Manc?

If so, I'll take one more and can i have all 3 single capped so i can still ball joint.

I can't say it's the same but the 60mm is similiar to the blue pipe and the yellow pipe we use. You can ball joint with it...

Alright, the Parisians have beat us to the singles in this batch. They've ordered 26 of them!
Lucky is asking them nicely if they'll swap some singles for doubles to fulfill our order, if they won't then he's going to try to get a second batch done around the 15th June so we have until then to top up the order, making them potentially cheaper for us. Right now it's around £15/head. Last time the postage on 10 heads was $26 - $2.60 each so hopefully we can get that down at least a dollar a head.

Cheaper is good, and I'm in no rush for them.

Measured a Lucky fat ABS pipe. 2" inside diameter.

So the original order is:
6- 60mm X 5.5" singles
6- 60mm X 5.5" doubles
3- 50mm X 5.5" doubles

Lucky can do this:
4- 60 X 5.5 singles
2- 60 X 6 singles
6- 60 X 5.5 doubles
3- 50 X 5.5 doubles

So if anybody who ordered a 5.5 inch, single capped head would swap their order for a 6 inch, single capped head, we could go ahead with this. He's not sure when the next batch will come out. They will be £12 a head.

I'll swap one of mine if you want, half an inch wont make much difference. But i would still like 2 of the 5.5" single caps
