That's rich coming from broomhandleboy... ;-)

  • Yep, the white heads cost: £6. They are our budget option.

Our green heads are £16: last far longer and are lighter.

If you paid more than £6 (before we realised the error the manufacturer made with the material we charged more for them), please message us and we will sort you out a deal. (shop at magicbikepolo dot com)

  • The greens are good, especially with their v2 centre ridge, I reckon they're worth £16.

  • When are the new Black Magics coming in?

  • Beagle what happened to my old bike?

I kinda killed it :s The rear triangle is bent but no cracks. Sitting on my desk now waiting for an appointment to see if it could be cold set back for commuting duty.

  • Ah, I don't want it back then.

  • Lol... On another note, might be taking a 3 months break in Ozland at the end of 2014. Got a couch I could crash on? #iamserious

  • It was the cheap white one, but had been told they retailed for 20. If they are fixed at 6 then that's actually very good, would defo buy another at that price. Some guys up here have just put an order in for the green ones so will see how they good up.

  • Yes, they are £6 each, and the green ones are £16

They were initially more than £6, before the plastic issue was discovered, but I don't think the white ones were ever £20, unless that included postage.

ATM I have 4 sofas and nowhere to put them. I hope to be sorted by 2014 so sure.

Not sure, was part of a huge group buy, one guy bought everything then we all bought from them, hence the non-clarity!

Anyway postage is high, but then its gone up by about 250% this last week, would advise using couriers as much cheaper, deliver when they say they will and standard covered value is higher (£50 vs. £20 with RM now).

    No winkey for anyone!

  • Not in my house.

  • Very good

  • I've ordered a fixiefoxie polo frame like the one Gert from Vienna has got. Liked it when I tried it, it'll be an improvement to what I got now and it is reasonably prized for what I can afford at the moment...

Now I need parts, especially ...
    ... cranks,
    ... seat post (27.2),
    ... saddle
    ... stem (1 1/8'') & handlebar
Well, and headset, bb, freewheel... which I'll buy new I guess.

They should all be better than what I have now (which is easy), but not too expensive. So if you want to get rid of some of the above in the next few weeks, please let me know. Thanx!

  • hey paul, i have a few things. most of the above. Do you want to come round to herne hill and pick through my parts?

  • Cough

  • pick through my parts?

    Paging SnottyRobert...

  • What's funny about that?

  • Are you sober Rob? ;)

  • Maybe I've become addicted to sobriety.

  • Yes skoota, I want to! PM you...
