  • Nesbit, have to disagree with you. Soldado played well tonight, didn't hide and should have scored. He tried a bit too hard with the flicks, buthe harried and hassled their defence and made some runs in behind, which only Eriksen seemed to be able to see..

  • We were talking about England XI's up page.

    Wrong thread then...

  • I fucking hate harry kane. We should sell him

  • Marky which of the other top 6 teams do ou still need to play twice? I'm hoping you can rip them some new ones too. Please.

  • hang on hang on.
traders. chatting. about "moyes going" and then being published on a trading site?
    i see. highly reputable.

....Welcome to the bleeding edge of PLC world. As sorry as I feel for Moyes (god knows why...) they led the way with floating on the stock exchange and pushing football towards the global brand bollox. The gloating from a lot of their fans around this time was unbearable. Now it looks like the floater may get flushed*.

    • I imagine the last bit delivered by Dick Jones in the bog

  • Agree to disagree then, I guess. I thought he was in the way of Ade constantly, passes going wayward. The point about Eriksen is true, but it didn't feel like anyone really saw his passes coming although they were in the right area. He's an incredibly technical and creative player, but he needs to play more games to fit into the team.

Still got qpr, reading and burnley to play. It's all about Saturday for you

  • I do draw the line at choosing Andy Reid though

Most assists in the Champo, most chances created and more completed passes than Will Hughes in less games.

Now he's injured for six weeks, so we're fucked.

  • The players worked for the greatest manager in the history of the British game. The drop off in intensity is very understandable but doesn't seem to be acknowledged. What else can Moyes do? Throw cups? Kick shit? Threaten to kick them out? They'll only say, "What have you won?" And he has open revolt with the next transfer window a long way off with a rookie chairman. Half of them are at then end of the line anyway (some due to age, some due to their shitness finally being revealed sans fergie's big
stick). And they're holding on (aka ransomed) to what remaining quality they have for dear life. Aside from RvP who was the last player they spent big on? Anything since the levered debt? Without a class of '99 or a change of ownership I'm not sure where the ship is heading. How else can you buy top top top players when the bar has now been set@£300k?

This is all true or there abouts, but do you think he's the man to rebuild what's fucked from years of Ferguson taping over the seams? I don't.

  • It seems the only person with the personality to have gone there would have been Maureen...but what could he really have done with those players, with what I suspect is a limited transfer kitty? Especially as I just don't see him overseeing a class of 99® phenomena.
Whom do you think is the man?

A lot in your ranks are clamouring for Klopp now...

  • Mourinho wouldn't have failed in the transfer market, he wouldn't have stood for the team to have leaked as many goals as they have. Wouldn't have lost stupid games and I'd go as far and say that he'd be in the CL places now and would have been getting a lot of criticism for not being top of the league.

Champions last year, grade A fuckwits this year, the manager needs to take responsibility. There's a lot of infighting happening right now (van Persie) and people are not taking well to his training methods.

Board also need to own up and say that perhaps they underestimated the task on hand.

  • I do feel for Moyes, total poisoned chalice. The problem is I tihnk most sane, decent managers would give it a wide berth as who wants to take on the task and be tarred with not turning it around? Maureen would have survived on bluster and strength of will and ego.

Basically if I was a top flight manager I'd leave it alone unless it as proper retirment money in salary...

  • And the fact that he is a decent manager, whereas Moyes is a nearly man...

  • 5 year pay off for Moyes can't be that bad...

Maybe he even actually pisses off to Germany to take his prehistoric training methods over there.

  • A lot in your ranks are clamouring for Klopp now...

United fans, calling for a manager who plays high intensity, pressing football, with a high defensive line, and the players pass AND move. With that squad?

If they think they'd become Dortmund 2011-2013 overnight they're sorely mistaken.

  • Maybe he even actually pisses off to Germany to take his prehistoric training methods over there.

If not I'm sure Magath will be looking for a coach to help Fulham's promotion campaign.

  • Zing!

  • Was ready to pull the plug on this game, but we've turned it around, despite sherwood it would seem.
Vertonghen's gone down easily, but Dnipro player did put his head in.

Fuck me! We've scored a third. Adebayor's second is a beauty..
Would have been four if soldado's goal hadn't been ruled offside.

Not looking forward to the last twenty mins, one mistake and all the hard works been for nought..

leaving your seat early, shame on you
the buses down white hart lane were knackered last night due to a police incident so you wouldn't have got home all that quickly anyway

    glad you stuck it out

  • blatter supposedly in for another 4 years

  • spurs planning to swap their record braking transfer plus cash for balotelli

lame - la .. said in scouse accent

  • This is all true or there abouts, but do you think he's the man to rebuild what's fucked from years of Ferguson taping over the seams? I don't.

Let's give him 200mil and see

    Please

  • In the industry they've named it "doing a Kenny"...

  • Or doing a Levy.

  • But not doing an Abramovich as there is plenty more where it came from?

  • Or doing a Levy.

Sell Cleverly for £85m, buy Lamela. 2014/15 Quadruple champions.
