That was a pretty dull encounter, that neither team wanted to lose.

We should have had a penalty and honestly Chelsea were lucky to not get players sent off in either half. Mike Deans performance was an utter disgrace, the Ramires tackle in particular was shocking.

The Lampard volley (and chipped pass) and the Giroud effort were the only decent things in the entire game. Chelsea's charming away support, mocking the false celebrations was pretty lol.

They brought on the Brazillian number 10, German left winger and Brazils first choice centre back, we brought on nobody.roll on January and a month of inactivity. This squad does not have the depth to win the premier league.

We were the best team tonight though...just.

The best performance came from me at half time, sinking 3 (free) pints. Thanks club level, you da best!

TBH I'd welcome that kind of performance against Arsenal. Maureen clearly has the sign over Wenger. Both he and fergie never have any issues roughing them up and knocking their key men physically out of their stride. We're always waaay too open.

The F.A. need to stop this nonsense and spice things up a bit, three suggestions;

1 - No yellow cards for diving. Instead the opposition get carte blanche to put in as many reducers as they see fit on the player for the next five minutes.

2 - Kick-off is replaced by a drop ball, with all outfield players living up around the centre circle.

3 - Short corners = straight red, just get it the mixer. Keepers have to come out to claim every corner, no exceptions, fouls on the keeper don't count.
