  • whoa nice goal by cisse

  • the inability to score more than our opponents is something that really seems new to us.

Remind us why you were relegated again?

  • Do you still get paperboys?

We do on the borders of Chiswick.

...and in the smarter parts of Islington...

  • I used to be a paperboy. It was great. Taught me the value of hard work and money. Not like these little fuckers around today.

Well in Newcastle. Keep pushing the big 7 for that Champions League spot.

  • whoa nice goal by cisse

Sheer class that, cracking signing for the Toon.

Still, they're due another soap opera drama this summer.

  • Ashley will probably sack Pardew for failing to secure Champions League football.

  • Although I don't doubt more embarrassing drama is on the horizon, i'm walking around in one hell of a football induced haze at the moment! 2 winnable home games in a row now!

  • So happy I made Cisse my captain today for fantasy football

  • I expect today will be KKKs last game in charge after we are beaten by Villa

  • At least there's something to look forward to.

  • Hope not, I want him there for a long time

  • Has Cisse scored more goals than Torres and Carroll combined?

  • Not sure. I was under the impression that Dogleash was the saviour?

  • Has Cisse scored more goals than Torres and Carroll combined?

Indeed he has. Cisse has 9, Carroll and Torres 3 each.

  • At least they're scoring. Unlike that idiot CCole.

  • A welcom return for Winston Reid yesterday, although Faye gets many plaudits WHU have looked a far better team who play far nicer football wen Reid is in the line up.

But the big question today is can an injury ravaged and struggling Villa send KKs merry men another place Dow the table?

  • Everton's top scorers are Baines and Anichebe with four goals. Hahahaha a left back outscoring a 35 million pound striker!

  • @furious shaggin': They probably can.

  • But the big question today is can an injury ravaged and struggling Villa send KKs merry men another place Dow the table?

I hope so. It would be an easy life being a Premiership manager. All the talk about stress is bollocks. You are basically an overpaid primary school teacher dealing with spoilt kids. Fail and get your team relegated get the sack and take home a tidy sum. Wait a few months and get employed again on similiar terms. It's a ridiculous merry go round.

    Lets hope so

His buys (and his piss poor PR with the media) will be his undoing. When he took over Woy last year and for the first part of this season the standard of football was excellent. The embers of Rafa's squad were more than capable of playing the style he wanted but instead of improving what his predecessors did he brought in players not not able to play that style. The combo of Maxi, Meireles and Suarez piss all over what he's selected.
I don't get why he's still so prickly with press people either. Oh well

  • Massive six-pointer for us against Bristol City, a win and we can look forward to beating Derby next season, a loss and were truly back in the mire. It's on Sky if any of you belters want to laugh at anyone other than Liverpools misfortune.

  • Out of the bottom six I'd rather Bristol, Portsmouth and Coventry survived so I'd like to see Bristol win this one.

  • Sunderland have well and truly parked the bus. Set out to defend and snatch something on the break. Possession is something like 70/30 to tottenham and we've had a couple of chances but nothing concrete. How can you play at home like that? Such a lack of ambition. Suppose I should be happy that teams think tottenham are so potent an attacking force that they think to negate us rather than have a go at us.

    Expect more from O'neill.

Doesn't look like we'll dig out a win, midfield looks a bit out of sorts. Sandro's dropping passes short, Vdv is looking but not finding, Modric isn't controlling anything, and seems more harassed when he's closed down than usual, where he's always got an out. Looking a bit narrow, expect the introduction of Lennon sooner rather than later..
