well let's start throwing pubs out the window:
my local : the rose and crown
pros: free sandwiches (white bread, cheese, garlic sausage, luncheon meat, that kind of vibe), big screen, offers of gak off of a pound coin on a tuesday night in the toilets, fairly cheap pints.
cons: gets a bit crowded, sandwiches aren't that great, sounds a bit ropey, can't comment on the quality of the gear.

Is that The Rose & Crown, Tooting Bec?
How about The Leigham Arms?
Or my local, The Hand In Hand, Brixton Hill/New Park Rd?

No plastic Utd fans(this'll be HIGHLY undeliverable I know)
