Yeah, it's banging. Like smoky bacon crisps

Uigeadail would be my pick of the bunch so go for it. Certainly more punch & smoke than the others (not sure I’ve had Caol Ila 18, but basing it on house style)

Uigeadail is fantastic, so is the Corryvreckan.

What's your recipe? I love a Rye Manhattan. Has to be Luxardo cherries

We have them perfect. (For two servings) Two 50ml jiggers to one 25 ml Sweet Vermouth (can't remember what we have, might be Cinzano right now) 25ml Noilly Prat, stirred with ice, couple of shakes of Angostura Bitters and Luxardo cherry.

Rye Manhattans are lush too. Bulleit Rye is good for those

I'm loving Sazerac Rye, I have Dolin sweet vermouth. I have no Noilly Pray though so I'll have to get some to try your ratio, sounds banging.

Sazerac is good too! I do love a Rye by itself though also

Woodford Rye is decent too.

Yes, only a small sip needed and the kids will go right to the bed.

Current line up, including random minis. High west a bit too sweet for me, all the others great. Sad that the talisker is at an end.
