That's proper granddad stylee embarrassing, a bit like when politicians make microphone gaffs. Oh Cameron, you plank - Queenie certainly wont be ‘purring down line’ at you any longer http://gu.com/p/4xze2/tw

I'd eat my leg before listening to him.

Poor old Heather, she must have been desperate :(

  • Can't believe I just wasted a minute of my life reading that bs!

  • Abu Qatada cleared in retrial in Jordan. Theresa May won't be having a good day.

  • Especially as Jimmy Choo is floating on the LSE, which is sure to see an increase in prices.

    Same here.

  • "a bit like when politicians make microphone gaffs."

Her Majesty cannot and will not be drawn on political or constitutional matters, Cameron at the very best is guilty of a gross breach of trust, he's compromised the queen. I actually doubt the story's true, which doesn't help at all, that means he's making up views the queen may not hold.

Cameron is such a cock. By which I mean he's like a male hen, look at his body language with Bloomberg, Cameron talks over him, plainly isn't listening and is bigging himself up by recounting the opinions of imaginary friends. When Bloomberg politely interjects Cameron's hand gestures become more expansive. The man's a bullying chimpanzee. He has one audience a week with Her majesty during which she barely looks up from her Sporting Life, the suggestion that this disgraceful fartknocker has cosy chats with Her Majesty is a big bag of balls.

  • "Never let anyone outside the family know what you're thinking".

  • Queen Elizabeth v1.0 would've had his head removed for less, surely?

  • " Her Majesty "

  • who sits on a £650 electronic gadget ?

Who keeps a £650 gadget in their pocket?

  • 4chan / reddit users ?

  • Hmm, that's weird, it works when I quote it.

Yes, it works unless you make it into red/pink codeblocks with backticks as I did, so that people can see what to type instead of an unhelpful like this.

  • Ah! I see. I had no idea that's what you had done. I was about to try and explain how to do it without actually doing it.

I like the method I used (third method in your post) because it's shorter.

  • @Nick.Earthloop @Fox thanks! I'd tried various things including ~ and - but didn't work. I'm sure the first thing I tried would've been

  • saw a really interesting talk by one of the archaeologists working on the Crossrail digs. I have mixed feelings on the project in general but they are really doing some incredible archaeological work they would never otherwise be able to - it's like a huge section slice being dug across London.

  • What text were you wanting to strike out up there?
