Does anyone use a saddle with rear springs?
Whats it like on a fixed gear?

Anyone got either a Romin Pro or an SLR SuperFlow in 130 that I could borrow for a couple of hours? Just want to see what a blast round the park is like on a saddle with a cutout.

Does anyone know a shop in London where I could try out some of the Fizik range of saddles?
I'd like to try one the Aliante with a cutout. -

So, I'm currently on an Arione, but I've found that I'm finding it less comfortable than when i first tried it out, wondering what it could be, do they wear out, or have i changed? I reckon it's the latter (I'm 18), I think i need somethithing wider, it seems the arione is quite narrow at 130, so would a 143 romin be worth a try?

Play with the position first, could it be a little too far back? saddle too high that apply too much pressure to sit bones? etc.

Has anyone tried the new Brooks Cambium ? I know it's no weight weenie but it looks pretty nice and reviews read well.
I have, looks rad feels bad. and unfortunately i don't think they break in...style over substance perhaps. anyone else?

Finally got a Romin. Hoping it's as good as everyone says it is... Interestingly they're cheaper over here than in the US. £100 vs $200.

Just bought a Brooks Cambium for the Tweed run. Lovely. I wouldn't have it on any of my bikes where the position is more aggressive (cuttouts FTW such as Fizik VS), but for more relaxed rides, it's great. Classic looks of the brooks, but none of the day-to-day cuntybollocks maintenance that the leather saddles require.

Wouldn't touch the concept store in Kingston with a barge pole.

So much Romin chat, so little helping Morgan out.

Used one for a few years until stolen, very comfy, especially on rides like the dun run. Got a bit bouncy when the cadence got above 120ish which also tended to coincide with uncontrolled spinning down steep hills. Switched now to a spa aires which is no where near as comfy.
Did I mention how comfy it was?
Yeah, i would need a saddle that covers the bolts. Looks like a lot of saddles were developed for other mounts.
