Tried condor? Or Cadence performance in Crystal palace.

I thought Condor might do this, thanks for confirming.

Ok I'm after new saddle. probably new flite.
But what about specialized saddles, if i want 144 I need
it wider? I red smthn like that, so not sure -
• #1005
flite's good, but a classic shape, as we all know.
have been really impressed with a specialized phenom 143

I have classic one, I'm thinking about 2013 flite
-
• #1007
This?
I don't think they're the same shape at all, just similarity.
-

2013 Flite is nothing like a classic Flite, it's more like a slightly wider SLR.
-
• #1009
Well, SLR was too narrow for me and too flat, so are there any similar saddles to orginal flite?

Tried fizik Arizona and Antares , brook, specialized , still searching for the golden one
Then try this (if not afraid of unconventional choices). So far I've ridden it for about 500 km, and it's absolutely mind boggling.

Are you after something that's like a classic Flite but wider? Or just more modern-looking? Have you tried a Regal? That's wider and still with a bit of curve. About twice the weight of a Flite, though. The new, lighter, Regal-e is very nice, but flatter than the classic Regal.
The Aspide might be worth a look too, I keep meaning to try one. Dimensions don't seem far off the Flite but it's not any wider either.

I'm after something as comfy as flite but a bit more slim, more sporty looking.

How many times have you fallen off so far?

Have you tried a Romin? Not exactly the same but not too dissimilar.

Lost count if I have to confess...

Chucked my SLR back on the BMC to do a bit of maintainance to the tune saddle, and basically release it from turbo work.
The SLR fits perfectly. As does the Tune. But the Tune doesnt have the same limited sweet spot. Seems to work like a more aggresive riding Gobi to me. Not cheap though. Looking to buy this newer at some point.

I'm being cheeky here but anyone interested in a flite?

I've ordered a Scoop. This comes after the Knife I've been using without any problem for the past year suddenly feels like it's stripping the flesh off my arse cheeks?
It's in no small part to do with the stitching that runs up the spine on the Knife and Spoon that causes this discomfort, anyway, I noted that the new Scoop has none of this stitching.
Whilst I await the delivery of said Scoop I wondered if anyone else had used one and could give an account?
Cheers.

Merak, the Scoop and Knife/Spoon are two completely different saddle.

• #1023
I get that Ed. The reason for the post was too see if anyone was using a Scoop to see if I could get the scoop as it were. :)

Interested to hear how this saddle fares. I've been using the Ti Spoon and recently it's felt too padded.
-
• #1025
mark, the Knife is the frimer thinner version of the Spoon.
Can anyone tell me if / where you can try a Fizik Antares (Chamelon) in the London area?
I've been using a Selle SLR Ti, SLR XC and have found I need ever-so-slightly more padding.
