my son has only ever eaten proper healthy food because his mum (8stone) is a bit of a food Nazi funny thing is if you feed them proper they grow up big and strong with non of that hyper activity that you see in some of the other kids don't get me wrong I ain't trying to be holier than thou just that food doesn't just affect your weight it also affects your mood and behaviour and the more I learn about eating for nutrition the more that is something I want for my boy

the fear from school heads, governors, Teachers and support staff that if they take kids on a trip and one of the kids hurts, maims or kill themselves they will be sued and their careers totally ruined. Food in this country is shocking.

My friend (from France) who visited this weekend remarked on the food packaging she saw in M&S "a pack of perfect apples for a perfect world". I don't think they sell anything that is not wrapped.

Supermarkets think we want to go for looks rather than taste and then they decide to invent quality and call it "taste the difference" and package it in a fancy plastic box with cardboard around to look natural.

Our tasteless food is polluted with plastic, fat and sugar.
