  • Lovely - looks very close to the one I built up last year with Time forks. Now one of my favourite bikes for a fast club training ride. What are your plans for it?

PS if it is the right size for him there is at least one forumenger on here who will be putting his name down if you are ever thinking of selling.

  • Excuse the shitty photos, this is almost done. It is currently sat in the lbs getting the steerer chopped.

  • For a split-second I thought that sofa pillow was a saddlebag.

  • Can anyone reccomend any 1" forks with a similar rake to Alpina? Better yet, if you or anyone you know has a set of 1" alpinas for sale, send me a PM.

  • nevermind, spotted a pair of time forks on ebay and got a bit bid happy....

  • New plan for the Donohue, threadless time forks and a thomson stem. Maybe a matching Thomson post if I can find a cheapish one, I've already spent way too much on this build though!

  • Swapped tyres and put on some berthouds instead of the flimsy plastic ones i had earlier.

  • is that a stock stem? Also what cages? And what barrel adjusters? Berthoud from PX deal?

  • What tyres are those? Reallllllly like them! Frame looks off geo though?

  • paselas like on his rychtarski :)

  • Rose stem, Rose Cages. Adjusters are those brass ones from Ceeway (Got another pair on the Rychtarski). Have had the guards for a while but i got them from PX, prob the same they still have in stock.

I wonder if it would look better with silver post and stem? The stem sits about 1cm above the steerer too which annoys/scares me.

  • ^^ that's a corker. makes the Rychtarski a little redundant no haha?

  • Finished mtb new wheels, grips and chain device. A larger frame would be nice though.

Looks a bit funky with the slack front end and the -15 degree stem.

Makes me regret not getting disc brakes on the Rychtarski.. Will be doing different kinds of riding with this though.

  • Looking good psee. Would look better with black guards tho!

  • I fitted my new floor to ceiling rack last night:

  • ^^yum!

  • negatio

you own 3 of the lushest bikes ever

  • Does anyone know where to get a 26.0 clamp Thomson stem?
I jsut missed one on the bay and cant find another anywhere.

Don't! The stem looks awesome imo. Nice bike!

  • How much are you willing to pay?

  • who me?

5700 Shimano 105, 8Speed with Suntour Command Shifters, Ritchey finishing Kit, should do a nice training bike ;)
