  • Wide risers are wide.

  • no traffic round these parts, and they make down hills a lot more enjoyable.

  • wide all the way

  • When you going to get some nicer forks on the seta?

  • I even cut my MTB bars down. :o$

Mate had some uncut Eastons on GT full sus looking the part, untill he got stuck on a gate.

    /csb

  • wide all the way

repped for wu tang and spray cans.

  • Nerg for not putting said spray cans to good use on those forks....

  • Oops.

Duct tape paint job ftw. (trash bags underneath to save paint).
In other news- disc brakes. Fuck me. I need to relearn everything I've forgotten.

  • Almost finished waiting on Carbon Drops and the same stem but in 31.8mm

  • Something I have been working on for way to long now. It is a Concorde Squadra frame built from Columbus Ego tubing. I built it up with a Campa Record Titanium groupset. I just need some proper wheels to finish it.

  • By the way, I am thinking of going with Grand Bois tires for the Concorde. Does anyone know where you can get these cheapish?

    why duct tape?

Electrical tape would probably have been easier and doesnt damage the paint.

  • electric tape peel off easier than duct.

    .

  • ^ I was implying that there would have been no need for trash bags.

Self amalgamating silicone tape would be best, no adhesive at all and it forms a nice rubber sleeve over whatever you wrap in it.

  • old inner tubes.

  • Nah, can actually affect how the bike feel.

  • Hows that?

  • its heavy.

  • I'm heavy too.. Maybe it affects the flex of the frame? Then it would depend on frame material and how tight you wrap it I guess...

  • Zing, you got it right.

  • yeah. its rubber right?! must make it damn flexy!

    #feedthetroll

  • its something to do with shock absorption and changing the way a frame feels

  • Indeed, I notice it when I wrapped old tyres on my frame and it feel numb and solid, like riding on a gas pipe frame.
