Riding outdoors is sooo overplayed. Put this togheter roughly today to see how much better it is. Still need to build some buffers for going off side of front drum and rear drum to stop forwards/backwards.

No, you need to learn to ride. Also, riding off the side of the rollers is pretty harmless

Built this up today...
Stem will probably be slammed and seatpost will probably go up a little once I fit SPDs (tomorrow). Bottle cage for training rides, obviously will come off once race season starts (if I have any bollocks left after hopefully 'perfecting' the art of remounts and dismounts).
Saddle will be replaced some something less chubs in due time, not sure what though.
Wicked fun to ride!
Looks good.
A tip on remounts, land on your thigh, not your knackers.

Yes rolling roller.
Tester always with a comment. The resistance of the fan is good, pleanty of interta too. And bars will help when I'm suffering a lack of oxygen to the brain as its in my legs. Though for a normal ride falling off is near impossible.

Yo dawg...
Looks like Skinny has mounted his Kreitlers on rollers to mimic Elite eMotion rollers.

Bingo.

That is really actually quite impressive.
The bungees smooth out acceleration, letting the er... rollers roll?

Received some stuff for the retaard/inbred build. Waiting for a rigid Surly Karate monkey fork, Scwalbe rocket ron tyres, Avid BB7 brakes and a Singlespeed spacer kit.
Looks like fun.
How come you're going for cable brakes?

Hey there, I'm alex from Belgium. Yesterday I bought an old Batavus bike. Together with my cousin we gonna change it into a single speed bike.
I think it's a lovely frame, I will repaint it as it is. I need to buy some new parts like a new wheel set, pedals, chain and a single speed and maybe a new crankset. The cost will be around 250 euros.http://i.imgur.com/wNIRgiJ.jpg

Didn't fancy freezing my nuts off in roadside tyre repairs this morning so I swapped Hutchinson Atoms for Randos!! 28 wouldn't fit the back so it went up front

Toying with an idea to go Alfine Di2 (because its heavily discounted atm) on SSMTB there is a severe lack of information on this on the internet. Is there a reason this was never picked up and hence the lack of projects/bikes equipped? From the look of it, it's pretty simple esp external set up.
Anyone has any experience with these?

Since im sort of at my maximum for bikes and still feel the need to build something i found this for my gf. Ships in a few days. Thinking cheap used silver campy bits of which i have most (i think). Maybe a veloce flatbar build if she refuse a drop bar, we will c.
Hope she likes cycling or atleast riding a bike a bit more when she has a real bike.
