  • ^^Damn Sheldon that is lovely

Thanks dude, It's getting there :)

Also got a Roberts on the go, thats what the bits I got off you are for. I'll post some photos up at some point.

  • Nice! Look forward to it :)

  • I post my bike in my own thread.

you post your bike all over the places dude

Jack I got a nitto/specialized stem which is just like a jag, and that seatpost would be a perfect match for it - would you be interested in little swapsies perhaps?

  • >>>>>>>>>

you see? thats exactly what I am talking about.

  • You could have linked to the actual bike lol, not my potatochop experiment of black stays ;)

  • Those were the sort of prices I'd found.

Might get Mario to repaint it while it's down there.

Can you let me have Mario's brother's contact details please.

You can arrange it through mario, so if you're getting it painted ask him.

For you, of course. What have you got to swap?

  • very happy indeed. waiting for a silver cinelli pinocchio stem and some drops although undecided on which ones. also need to build the matching front wheel.

    Strong, black tape msw?

  • black tape msw?

Wouldn't that get in the way of the brake blocks?

  • I expect better from you mdcc_troller....

I would swap my soul even, but I just realised its probably 27.2 i.e. no good for me.. :S

  • Got a mint and somewhat rare Six13 frame for next to nothing.

Trouble is, it's looking too big. Fuuuuuuu (etc).

  • Dibs

  • Alas, it will probably end up on classifieds at some point. Damn my t-rexitius.

  • Why is it too big for you?

  • A very crappy picture of my attempt at a practical audaxesque fixed on a Fred Williams frame. Paul long drop racer brakes, Sram s100 1.1 cranks.

Just tried to put my mudguards on and discovered the front is too wide for the forks, glory be.

  • Why is it too big for you?

Too long for my stupid dinosaur shaped body.

Most likely, anyway. I'll build it up and test the theory.

  • Gotcha, if it's only a little too long could just bodge it with an ugly short stem?

  • Yeah or more compact bars...but that wouldn't do it justice, I think.

  • Inline post...

  • ^ That's on my list of things to try. Anyone got one I can borrow? 27.2

  • New Izumi chain day...

Don't despair yet, what material are the fenders made of?
    Dremel is your friend.

    Needs better pics!

Aluminium, and I don't have a dremel to hand, nor can I see my other mudguards.

    Needs better pics!

Currently moving house, its a bit of a "I wonder how much of the parts bin can I get on this" build atm, and I've already sent the camera away. Incredible that this is the best my netbook can do...
