Why not hang the gazelle on the wall?
Surely that then only leaves two bikes which is perfectly normal. Also lets be honest the sabbath probably rides better anyway.
That is such a nice frame. I would pick that over Ti any day.

The new frame together with probable and potential build parts:
Rims are either dark grey open pro's or a close to black omega v. i think the mavics will be more suitable regarding teh everyday use.
the plan is a suntour superbe build. have cranks. seatpost on route. headset not yet. BB almost!
this is what i have here and available now:
and apart from the frame these items are the bits i am most happy with:
i just hope the mack hub performs as good as it looks
and these are just magnificent :)

That's all really nice, apart from the ergo stem. Please don't use the ergo stem.
Chainring bolts might be nice too. -
• #73006
have bolts... ergo is not the plan but just a possibility!
-
• #73007
no ergostem please, dura-ace chainring instead of the campa and i never loved those curved forks on gt's, a straight one would looking better

got my Concorde frame out from the shed yesterday and had a mock up, just gotta get some decals and a bottom bracket, glued the tubs last night and threw in an old bottom bracket with a magic gear for a test ride,

^^ What you're talking about is known as toe overlap.
Toe Clip Overlap
On many bicycles, especially those with smaller frames and full-sized wheels, it is possible for the front fender or tire to bump into the rider's toe or to the toe clip. Some people worry a lot about this, but it is rarely a significant problem in practice.
The only time it can happen is when the handlebars are turned quite far to the side, as only happens at very low speeds. Many, many people ride bicycles with fairly severe overlap with no practical problems, sometimes having to make a slight adjustment to their pedaling habits at very slow speeds.
On smaller-size bikes with full-sized wheels, it is usually impossible to eliminate overlap without causing adverse fit/handling issues.
UTFS (use the fucking Sheldon).

There is toe overlap in spades. There was also crank overlap with 25c tyres and 175mm cranks, but not with 23c / 170mm.

• #73012
^ Crank overlap!!! love it, Ha :)
mark, how wide are those b123s?
36cm c-c.... takes a while to get comfortable. in all honesty i havent used them for ages so its gonna be a challenge to gt used to them again after being on compact 40-42's (which arent exactly that wide!).

looks nice-what model is it and how come you took its clothes off?
I've got links to some old concorde catalogues if you want them as I have almost finished building up this with mavic/dura ace ax bits:

I'm getting the fork cut this week and building it up... then selling as I'm skint. i haz thread here http://www.lfgss.com/thread87308.html with more piccies but it's taken ages to do as I've been moving around a lot and it's been minus temperatures here since november so I've lost interest now...
-
• #73018
I'd find it very hard to complete a build purely the intent of selling, still you've gotta do what you gotta do.
*Skint sucks :(

• #73019
faced with the prospect of moving again I'm just trying to thin the herd, and crabbon lopro tt beast is the least justifiable as much as it makes it rain sex piss in my brain

Not sure what model it is, the paint was trashed when I found it, I think its an '89, SL tubing and had an assembled in Canada sticker, the frame and fork is stamped 0 470
