120 stem might still be comfortable though. The bike is getting STI's (at the same time as the stem swap) and the seatpost has been changed to one with less layback... hard to judge until I ride the new setup.
Might go with the Ti then swap it out if it's not working.

After a quick chat to Ryan at Oak Cycles, it transpired that my Tokyo Dream Machine have an odd geometry after being a little confused to how it ride (and how far the saddle is set back).
The head tube and seat tube is 75 degree, quite steep, not only that with the fork rake at around 27mm, the bottom bracket is a lowly 265mm on pair with touring bike.
Ryan will be making a new fork for it to put the geo to how it should be (73 degree ST + HT, 285mm BB, 45mm low trail fork) with more clearance for 32c plus mudguard (currently front only accept 28c + mudguard), add bottle mount on the top and underside of downtube, and pump pegs on the head tube.

Out of interest how much will the fork cost?

Would it not have made more sense to look at the geometry before buying it?
-

I did, their geo chart suggested a 77 degree headtube.
top tube and head tube length is fine thought, that's what I look out for.

Not quite current projects but all very recently finished,Gazelle AA super with DA ax,dyna tech pro with tricolour 600 and Jarvis flying gate. All i need now is less monsoon and more time to ride 'em :)
Ow momma, those ladies look fiiine!
A non finished drive side yes
Nice one, that really is nice. I'd love to do a project like that, maybe some day...
Dilemma, Ti 120mm to match my seatpost, or pro chrome 100mm... (for the pink Dolan...)
I think I may go for the stretch with the Ti... as position is quite upright at the minute.
Comfort vs. Shexyness.
Did I miss something? I thought for a moment there you were gonna be sensible. Don't scare me like that dude!

Like myself, my bikes are built for comfort....

Comfort vs. Shexyness.
I take it, by choosing any of the above, you are opting for the comfort variant?

How's yours looking, O'shane?
Anyone else with a silly bike is welcome to turn up. No Mtbs!
Mine is done, just finished putting together the cruiser. All I've changed on mine since the last picture is some adding bracing on the forks.

Interesting. The fork must be quite a bit taller to change the HT from 75 to 53 degrees and raise the BB 20mm. -

With the new wheels bike comes in at 9kg on the dot. I've never weighed a bike before.
