I've always had a weak spot for those 3ttt stems; cheap, light, strong, much less flex in comparison to some aluminium stem and they look ace.

nutsjesmoar - That is really looking good man. Only slight thing I'd say is the stem needs to be a tighter angle, i.e.-
But thats just personal opinion.

...i can't justify 5 bikes.
I know the feeling. I need to cut down my stable somewhat. I'm also coming to the realisation that my Sid Mottram is too small for me :(
-
• #62912
I can justify 4 bikes, 2 for transport, 2 for a hobby, problem is, i have 6 and 2 frames.

CXI' say 8. Add TT and split Roadie into race & training/winter. Custom could be applied to any of the 8 rather than being a specific bike in itself.

I was going to say Mavic guidoline.... but it's apparently discontinued :(
3 is the
magicminimum numbern+1 where n = the number of bikes above 3.
- Nice everyday fixed
- Road
- Beater
- Next project
Although I do pretty much agree with you 3 is an all round desireable amount which I've tried to stick to. And once my GF has her bike and I finish my Dawes the beater will probably be taken out of action for a while.
