Got rid of the awful Challenge Paris Roubaix Open tyres with the lighter bigger Grand Bois.
Felt and ride a lots better/faster, gutted that it fill up the clearance too much for mudguard, end up ordering a 29c Grand Bois instead (248g claimed).

I like that, a lot! What saddle is it?
-

Lovely.
Are you going to need 'gaurds in southen euro in sept? Sure you can modify some raceblades or similar.
-
• #62933
You be surprised at the weather in France around that time.
This should fit once I see how the clearance are with 29c.

Hell yay! Awesome looking build by the way.How about some white wall tyres to keep the black/white theme?
Instead of the gum walls!?! Hell nay!! -
• #62939
white/black tyres look all kind of wrong.
gumwall is a nice little break from the white component.

I can justify 4 bikes, 2 for transport, 2 for a hobby, problem is, i have 6 and 2 frames.
For me:
Nice fixed, for road riding;
Track/ TT fixed (with two bar options), bearing in mind I've not done a TT yet;
SS MTB for beater/ pub bike duties;
Aluminium ad carbon geared road bike;
Older, steel road bike;
Geared MTB project perpetually on the back burner. -

For me:
-Alu all day track bike
-Steel Track Pub beater (my friends actually ride it when they come along)
-Steel Track only bike
-Steel Distance geared bike
-Nice geared show bike (just looks awesome, i keep it above the couch)I so need to get rid of some, i have to much! Can't seen to part with them puppies though

Have the same issue... would love some nice full length mudguards but going to have settle with sks or something like that.
There's just no room under the brakes/between the rear tyre and seat tube... -

Crabon Roadbike
Alu MTBImpractical -
Alu Tarck/TT/HHSB/Funnybike

Impressive.
What is it?
And pics plz?
This is track mode:
You will have to use your imagination but for commuting, long distance and training I put on a profile airwing (grey bar tape) with a front brake and flip the flop to a 17t (hence the too long chain in the pic)
For TT (if I ever do one or put them back on) I have a set of clip on aero bars that go on the airwings.

nutsjesmoar - That is really looking good man. Only slight thing I'd say is the stem needs to be a tighter angle, i.e.-
But thats just personal opinion.
this is such a cool picture.
not sure if its matt lugs, pearl blue forks or headset and stem, but it totally does it for me. -
