  • I didn't think Sugino 75 would be the main choice for serious track sprinter nowadays, is it still considered a good choice?

  • sarcasm recognition fail

  • very much so I'm afraid.

  • Joe - get wound ups, they iz RAD!

  • You don't want the Sugino 75s you want the Super Zen

  • Toby sent me a text, asking if I wanted in on some Wound Ups so as to half postage. I'm avoiding replying. If he's getting them, I essentially have to. fuk.

  • Yo this is my first build.. An obscure Reynolds 531 frame built by Chas Bland, who I think is a guy in bristol.

  • ^^ nice frame but would look better with the right size wheels

... or is it an optical illusion that it looks like 700c's in a 27" frame

or the severe lack of tyres.

Ha! You don't have to, just like I don't have to! But we do both want to...

Anyway I'd say your HHSB shopping list should go:

    1. Forks
    2. SG75
    3. HED

I think I paid some postage from Aspirevelotech, maybe not.

  • i need aerospok for my rear wheel to really set off my hhsb

  • Naw, disc ftw. Xander knows

  • but disc only has one spoke

  • i see no reason why one cant just cut holes in the disc wheel to make more spokes....

  • they are only two sheets of crabon fib-ray

  • ha... we all need some monospokkk action if we're gonna live up to the OGHS!

  • Forks painted!

  • is there an allen bolt in it, maybe under the cover?
i had a headset that looked very similar to that although it was badged as mavic (made by stronglight), and that's how it locked on.

There's no hidden allen key bolt.

    I guess it's hand tighten...

It looks kind of similar to those Miche headsets. The black bit, does that come off? On the Mich ones, that would cover the locking nut.

Looks quite a bit like this to me: http://www.flickr.com/photos/juliensoret/4076639619/in/set-72157622737462778/
