needs moar coaster brake! hows the olmo coming along?

Gisago good??
Yeah, the bike looks great. I'd be surprised if you had too many haters for that build.
If I was being really picky, it would be nice to see some silver on the bars to complete the periodishness. Still pron though! -

Item 7 in the FAQ
http://www.grabthehudz.com/faqs.htmlNow I feel like an idiot, I looked at the FAQ page so no idea how I missed it - should have been slightly firmer on my "trackpad" I think.
Thank you.

Good idea, had a go on a caster brake in 'dam recently and found it better than expected. The Olmos in the paint shop, should be another 3 weeks or sutin, lookin forward to the call! You got your carbon road bike together yet?
Jambon, cheers, the bars were tricky as I've got chain to support the rack so needed something to stop the rattling

Looking forward to seeing it! Speaking of the crabon road bike, it is ready and complete with ironic hipster wheel just for this photo.

Can someone please recommend me a fast rolling, reasonably priced, reasonably puncture resistant tyre to put on the front of Les?
around £10 would be great if there is such a tyre....

Dirt cheap, fast-rolling and puncture resistant? Yeah, no problem. If you'd asked for really expensive, sluggish and fragile ones, that'd be a real thinker.

nice one.

not the most amazing tyre but it fits the price range

A Rubino is only £2 more and less terrifying in the wet.

I know that's a bit over £10, but it's a decent reduction from RRP

this is my rossin (t)rack bike :), i'll probably get crucified for slapping sweptback handlebars on a vintage track frame but its such a nice ride now and room for shopping or girlfriend on the front, maybe not with these wheels

yeah the £10 was just a ball park, I think £30 is "affordable" to some people, but it's not what I had in mind.... however thank you toby.d, you've just reminded me I've an almost new ultra sport in the shed that I'd forgotten all about!
Sorry for wasting everyone elses time, but thanks for the help nonetheless (:

word of warning, with track fork, you'll find it very hard to steer with a bit of weight on it due to the reduced rake and high trial.
