Anything sorted with the wheel?

sometimes I think you're on some kind of commission for those tyres GA2G
I wish. I buy them with my hard earned pennies, and I am totally honest about what I think about them. I'm assessing the Continental Super Sport Plus at the moment, but I won't be using them in winter - as they're pretty slick, so would be useless in icey slush or mud.
They just are a pretty brilliant design, but with some handling foibles when new.

I hate my Courier berlin. I have no confidence with it at all in turns, great for skidding but turning is scary.
You never read the review I gave them in the Tyre Reviews thread then? I gave them a 1/10 when new, for handling, but once worn in, it improves loads, and is then very predictable.
The only other tyre I'd be prepared to use in winter is the Vittorio Randonneur 700x25; and I can never find it anywhere.

I've used it a far bit, around half worn now and still I hate it in the corners. Much prefer the gatorskin even in the cold and wet

I'd remove every single white bit/sticker on that. it would look 1000% better, imo.
doesn't matter waynes having it though i don't want to give it up

Does anyone know where in the UK I can get a Wald 139 basket in silver, or very similar? Obviously Tokyo Fixed do, but the website says out of stock, I emailed to ask them if/when they were expecting more but got no reply.
Oh, and unless someone is willing to act as a middle man on my behalf I'd need somewhere that I can buy it online and ship within the UK. I'm currently in Oz but really want all the components together by the time I get back.

the red stripes on the tires and the straight bars are upsetting

Head tube angle looks quite shallow, too shallow for those forks

actually like the red stripes, but stem needs flipped, steerer chopped & forks with more angle, then you've got a perdy one :)
like the black - silver - red combo. -

nice one will, way better than a visp :)

cheers. im well happy with it, although am going to make it better over time. first fixed. feel at home on it already at medium speed but high speed and low speed are 'interesting', and resisting the instinct to freewheel after bursts of acceleration. really like how quite smooth and fast it is. just need to master getting into the clips from a standstill, embarrassing moments at traffic lights have become regular as im not the skipping type.
