Sorry, being a little vague, I meant I mightaswell just get some proper TT bars. The thought is a little daunting though having never used them.
Just like with anything new. Make sure you don't tense up in anticipation.

Would STIs with something like the Mavic bullhorns be a bad idea?
It worked fine for ages on TT bikes will be fine for you

Waiting for a response to the most stupid speculative/hopeful email.

"Dear Lance, now that you no longer have any use for your medicine chest..."?

getting there
Utter sexh. Bar end backwards levers? People on here hate them, but for city and porteur bikes I think they work.

Still a current project because now there's a hole in the rear tub I need to deal with. At this rate I don't think I'll ever get around to riding it. Trying to decide between white or black hoods, white currently winning my favour but hmm. -
• #43658
White I reckon.
Looks great, but you've got the wrong saddle on it.
-
• #43659
Right for my arse. What would you prefer? Not going back to ariones.

Did you ever see Scott's-then-Ted's Storck?
CF everything, and a black Brooks.
-
• #43666
How do you like the zipps? Would they be too deep for daily training?
Or does the bike serve other purposes? -
• #43667
Good luck in your TT
Looks like I chose the right gear, PB* of 58:24 on 100", bloke right in front of me did a 59 on 90", and a bit further up the road somebody did 1:00:13 on 106".
*Not counting my yoof back in the 80s

^^haven't ridden on them yet. not entirely sure what the purpose of the bike is yet, pretty much a wallhanger for now but I'm sure it'll either involve doing things quickly or going slowly and looking like a massive dickhead. but that suits me just fine.
I am concerned that an 808 on the front will be a bit much but won't be sure till I use the thing in anger. Sometime next week, maybe. -

Nice1, 6pt. Moar awesome than i expected it would be.
Black hoods imo, and would be perfect with the Sram Red Black groupset.
Ride it slow with jeans and aviators.
