  • is he a sprinter? i always imagined track cyclists to be like whippets not power lifters

  • i don't follow track cycling, but if he isn't a sprinter then i don't know what he is..

  • the fucking Terminator, obviously

  • to look at, youd assume he was dosed up to the max

  • it looks like he was in that drug trial that went wrong

  • yeah, for all we know he has a fucking spotty roids back

  • I've got one in the spares bag, from a couple of years ago. Not sure it'll be much better as it has seen use, but I'll dig it out for photos if you want.

EDIT: I think it's 34.9. Will measure also

    Nope, triple. Soz.

  • That's Rene Enders, he's about 5ft4. He was in the Keirin final, very nice chap too

  • @ Eingang - you changed the wheelset to save weight but you kept the old flexy, heavy cranks on?!

    False economy

They're pretty light actually, was talking to Max from TFG about why he chosen such crank for the carbon seta project he did (and he have a large selection of cranks), the main reason is that it's actually the lightest of all.

must've flex like a mother though.

  • Did somebody here get the anchor rear brake bridge on a Feather?

Currently trying to make a custom head badge out of copper but my soldering is piss poor.

  • Grabbed myself a Mercian Olympic for £35

    http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=300535579098&ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT#ht_500wt_1156

send to Mercian for repair and respray but... I can't decide on a colour. Will be building it as a distance bike (modern campag, strong wheels and mudguards year-round).

Was thinking some sort of rich copper with chrome chainstay... thoughts?
