i think the fine should go up a notch - make it the price of an aerospok - that'll scare you idiotic brakeless riders from breaking yourself.

it's not even good for your legs if you run a big gear like that and use your legs to brake because of eccentric contraction - you're just making riding less efficient/more dangerous for yourself.

@mdcc, yes, they especially target the chavs on BSOs and the BMX kids. They think thats what the law is for - keeping chavs and 'hippies' (or anyone a little alternative)in order, so corporate zombies can have a quiet life.
