  • nice work tomasito and verbs & nouns. v & n that moser is especially lovely. but nice to see the bullhorns being used on that and tom's khs. they look good and do offer lots of riding positions. i miss mine.

tom, hope you're all settled in the dam dude. love to you & b

right back at you Jonny. Hitting London town for some polo action later in the month, and I'll be sure to head south armed with Gs.

  • I actually think it looks better with the forks it has. The Cannondale forks always look like they belong to a steel tube frame to me.

Agreed, lugged forks for a lugged frame.

  • i'm in two minds about the arrival of this beast...

oh well every man needs 2 lo pros in his life, and it should make a fun build!

    here it is...you win this!!!
    i was bidding as well!
    lucky!!

  • That Moser looks great - Not sure I've ever uttered this on the forum before, but - love the spok!
    Looks great with the build.

  • so what's the point in taking the deposit in the first place anyway?

guessing it ensures the customer is at least partly serious

    Quite right.

Really? I was under the impression that your deposit stayed with Evans' but you could put it on another bike. Anyhoo fuck that, if they want me to spend my money there they should be doing the extra - not treating me like they're doing me a favour.

Nope. Thats a myth. You can have your money back in what ever form you paid it in (back on card or cash if you paid cash).
Not sure I understand the last bit.

  • I don't doubt your skills but is that really worth the saving? Surely new dropouts aren't that expensive.

Considering safety and the killing of puppies...

  • Was also my 1st thought.
But perhaps it's for tandem (front) ...
But than I don't understand the 2nd chain ring and the toe clips orientation.
Perhaps this is why Columbus doesn't make chain rings.
Solution could be to have the pigeons "upside down" at the top and correct at the bottom.
    Need to photoshop.

What drugs/drink you lot on as i need some?
These cranks aint of (off or off of) a tandem. They came of a merckx road frame with pantographed campag group set.

  • These cranks aint of (off or off of) a tandem.

I understand, but it's a way to make the birds fly in the correct direction.

  • A+ Your doing it right

    marvellous.

and marvellous job on the moser. I don't like spoks either but that looks ok. great job

  • That GT, I like, look like a whale of fun off the beaten path.

  • the GT, is it a Palomar???

  • the GT, is it a Palomar???

It's an Outpost Trail, late 90's I think. Ted James brazed on a lovely set of track ends for this. Out to the forest asap!

  • Joelsain: I couldn't find your post again so you don't get a quote (sorry) but I yeah I get trade on Phil stuff, but the first one I bought was full mother fucking price! I just REALLY REALLY like Phil BBs. More then the hubs. Its my favourite component ever. Its nice. So there :P

I sling some shit, you sling some back... It's the way things work... :]

  • thats awesome man.
