i had cockles and laverbread for the first time last night, on a piece of oat bread with smokey bacon. it was fantastic why i haven't tried it before i'll never know

Pulled pork, had bit of shoulder in the oven for 10 hours (got up at 3am to put oven on) at 100c = amazing. Falling apart in the pan it was really had to get it out onto a chopping board to pull apart.
