Bored.
Get some Fig Jam and Bob your Uncle.
ed? do WHAT?
Your Uncle + Fig Jam = Bobing.
Thanks nuknow and branwen for fig cake recipes. Stuck with nuknow's. Despite my best efforts to screw it up (doubled salt and spices by mistake :/ ), it came out... not too bad. Mummy spybot was pleased and has requested the recipe. Thanks be to nuknow.

Just a tip, i find this sort of shape better for this cake. Cooks more evenly.
(and i wouldn't double the spices again...lol, cloves can make everything taste like x.mas)

Took photos of piri piri chicken, was very good. Jamie olivers 30 minute menu one. Did with haloumi and quinoa with honey lemon and nuts and salade. 2 scotch bonnets to replace the 2 birdseyes suggested was a little too much, but cleared the tubes...

Brunch in the garden before the rain.
Toast, avocado, halloumi, vine rippened tomatoes, bacon, sweet chilli sauce, pepper, filter coffee. Brunch is my favourite meal of the day. -

I had toast :(
But at least I'm now out of the office for the first time in 3 days and about to sleep in an actual bed.
Maybe I'll make a nice breakfast.
It's great - been there in't car with my dad before - expect to get up at 3am though, get there for 4ish for the first catches coming in*
*Quoting my dad there..
We got some great stuff, very decent prices compared to shops. Really helps taking out the middle man.
Want to get some trout, flounder, scallops or prawns or all of the above. Problem is storage unless you want to eat fish 3 days in a row
