  • fffuuuu bought a hand meat grinder to mince some chuck I got as I am making beef burgers from scratch. It wont bloody grind the beef its absolutely useless and my burger plan is ruined!   • Went to Roast at Borough Market. Had a pretty nice meal, with a few odd things, most memorable was the house sauce which tasted like bananas, but apparently contained zero bananas.

  • jerk chicken, boerewors, potaydosalad, sangria, columbian snossages and toasted marshmallows. like some sorta crazy tasty benetton advert. suck it, losers.

  • I actually have got the meat grinder working, my girlfriend pointed out a vital piece that I had overlooked when putting it together.

  • Sea food based BBQ last night; Sardines, Scallop & Sea Bass.

    Sweet potato & mango mash, other veg are a bit scares as as they're home grown.

  • Those sardines looks like the cats got hold of 'em before you too!?

  • Sardines were a tad delicate and the Scallops were not my responsibility, i wouldn't have put them with mushrooms either, still nice though.
