Nah, he's from the last series that has recently finished. He does private dining at the mo (very reasonable too), and currently looking to get some work in a restaurant somewhere, also doing bits of work ins some really fancy London places.

Ive just had a tom thumb with peanut butter and mashed banana but all I can think about is that Lamb & Cous Cous followed by pavlova,mango and passionfruit .. yum!

For breakfast...Eggs Benedict with a twist, hollandaise sauce had lime in it, really refreshing, made the sauce alot lighter

I just had the most delicious ham and cheese croissant from Franze and Evans on Redchurch st, there food is just awesome, anything you get in there is yum, and there cake selection is unbelievable and quirky to, weird combinations of indgredients that shouldn't work but just do!
