    Also I had my first attempt at bread n butter pudding...
    400g decrusted bread
    150 melted butter poured over it
    225g melted marmalade again poured over
    400g cream 100ml milk 3 eggs and 100g caster sugar all beaten together and poured over
    sprinkle brown sugar on top and bake 35-40 mins

    (thats a serving spoon btw)

    It's really nice, very pleased with myself

    Slowly fry 1 onion with one clove of garlic and some parsly (finely chopped) in good olive oil, add half a glass of white wine and add your choice of seafood (squid is the norm) et voilĂ . Grated Peccorino goes well with this.

    You can add fish stock and cream to the sauce to give if that's what you like but if you're after a slap up meal ready in 15 minutes don't bother.
