I've got quite a bit sitting around so I substitute it for milk when I can and see what happens, usually it's pretty awesome =D

Im not a big scrambled egg fan, Id drink the baileys before it hit the eggs, yum, love that stuff

never tried the different varieties of baileys, only the original one, the caramel one looks tempting since Im utterly addicted to caramel but id imagine its evil on the calorie front

Ugh, it's like 5 feet away, and i've got 6 pints of milk sitting beside me, milk wins.
Liquid diet ftw!

• #292
you dilute it with milk??? are you crazy??
-
• #293
NO!!!
I chose milk over Baileys on the basis that I don't have to get up to reach the milk see =P
Save the Baileys for a special occasion.

It's just the thought of diluting such creamy, creamy Baileys, so wrong, so, so wrong.

for reasons i'd rather not get into i can't really chew anything chewy like bread at the moment so i'm having to bring in home made soup or buy it from pret or EAT. just had the mushroom risotto from pret for the first time. it was surprisingly good after i'd unloaded a triple-sachet pepper attack on it. not up to my own home made standards but not at all bad.
at the moment i can't get enough of baking fish in foil. i just do it with a little bit of lemon, butter and fresh thyme. it's really easy, keeps the flavour of the fish really well and there's no washing up to do. awesomeness. i just keep going to diffrent fishmongers and trying different things. had some cod and halibut last week, last night i had haddock and might have the rest of that tonight.
favourite accompaniments at the moment are some quite small (almost diced-sized) then par-boiled potatoes, finished in the oven with a little bit of olive oil. i usually stick some baby-plum tomatoes in there to roast along for the last 20 minutes or so and have some steamed broccoli on the side.
GET IN!

Having an old friend round on monday so I'll be making:
some tuna maki
some smoked salmon egg cup sushi( forgotten the name- damn)
Some una-juu
and some sort of Soba noodle salad.
I'm looking forward to making it all, might make some wasabi vodka to go along side, go heston blumenthal on the dessert, I like being able to experiment.
where?
