Have a colleague who is currently in New Orleans raving about the food, definitely up for a visit to Decatur. Do you do beignets? Apparently they are the best things ever (according to colleague).

Beignets = fried dough.
Powdered sugar and consumed with coffee. Awwwww yissss!
Of course it's good.
Pick a global cuisine where fried dough does not taste delicious. It's unpossible.

Indeed. Together we can solve the invasive North American crawfish problem in UK rivers. We're gunna need lots of hot sauce.

You should look into the vegetation cabinets people build to grow weed.

Nice meeting you! I'm very curious to see what you'll turn them into..
I have 4/5 left for us tonight.. I'm thinking halibut/artichokes pie, but since I'll probably go to the pub and not to the fishmonger, they will most likely just end up being stuffed and pan roasted.

Controversial comment coming but I'm not a huge fan of artichokes.
Nor saffron, or fungi truffles.They're ok, but can live without them in my life.
You serve calçots. I'll make sure I'll visit next time I'm in the area.
