I did a 32 hour stew and stuff on the top not covered by liquid was slightly burned but it was still OK, just stir it every once in a while.

Self made, here in adleaide ... they go for 15 AUD / Kilo, so make cheap eatin.
Recipe:
clean and chop 4 crabs
blitz 3 onions, 6 chillies, 4 cloves of garlic and a good bit of ginger
heat up oil in Wok
throw in blitzed sauce
Add a bit of white vinegar, tomato puree, a good bit of sugar, fish sauce and soy sauce, then throw in crabs. Add a wee bit of water, stir and cover for a good 4 minutes.
Take off the heat, stir in an egg, add chopped coriander, stir and serve. That's it.

This pizza was a win! Salami, mushroom, mozzarella, onion and garlic. For the dough I used half strong and half Atta flour.
I think something's wrong with my phone cam, all pics are blurred. Stupid n900.

I made this last night
http://www.bbcgoodfood.com/recipes/1120675/greek-lamb-tray-bakechanged it slightly, by using charlotte potatoes, and baking the feta for 10 minutes instead of adding it at the end.
Made a dip/sauce with Greek Yoghurt, Mint, Garlic and lemon juice.MOC verdict: AMAZING!
