  • Few shots off the first roll of film on my Praktica MTL 5B. Really pleased with the results.

  • Selling a Ricoh R10 and an R1.

R10 has obvious signs of use and the foam around the window in the film door had perished so I've removed it and taped over the window from the inside.

R1 has been modded to shoot full frame at 24mm and has a small dint in the front.

Looking for £15 for the R10 and £50 for the R1.

    Both boxed and with pouch.

    Pics shortly.

  • Holler at me if you want more.

    R10 .

  • Another couple of cameras I'll be bunging on ebay today while I can list for free,

    1. Minolta 9000AF possibly Maxxum, doesn't say it anywhere on the body but google seems to think it's the same thing? It has a sticky shutter, the first curtain doesn't seem to move all the time. Possibly junk, maybe good for spares, think the Minoltas are pretty popular. Comes with a Minolta 35-70 and a Sigma 75-300. Manuals for camera and Minolta lens present £30

    2. Pentax Espio Mini. SOLD.

  • Minolta -

  • These are a few shots taken from a roll of 35mm BW that I shot with my Blackbird Fly TLR. Love them or hate them, I have fun with it and some of them have come out nicely.

Like I said, point, shoot, hope for the best and get excited about processing. I love film.

  • nice!

  • Very evocative.
    Forgive my ignorance, but, Edinburgh?

  • Yeah they are def in Edinburgh.

Nice too. Love the second from last. Timeless.

  • Love it, need to go back.

  • Thanks guys. Yeah, they're from up here in Edinburgh. I'm moving away soon so I've been trying to shoot as many rolls as possible before I go. The one of the wall is up on Hadrians Wall, a pretty bleak day but then it's always bleak up there in the winter.

  • Heres a few from my recently lost Mju-II, looking for a replacement point and shoot dad cam / party cam.

Yeah they are def in Edinburgh.

I like that one the best, too. Really lively and unusual.

  • The film got jammed in my XA1 last night so I had to press the little button on the bottom (The one you release the film with before you wind it back up). It doesn't seem to wind properly now, it kind of skips as a wind the film on... I need to put a new roll in no?

  • Sounds like you may have ripped the perforation in the film. Happens with the XAs as they only pull the film through on the bottom perforations, putting more strain on them.

You could open it in the dark and advance the film manually, that should sort it.

  • sounds fiddly. only a few frames left anyway.

Speaking of opening cameras, dropped the xa1 a few weeks ago and the latch came open:

    didn't mind that at all

  • Yeah XA's don't have the strongest catchs, if you sit on it in your pocket you can twist the thing enough to bust them open, then you go to pull it out of pocket and PUFF film door swings and hits you in the face, film ruined etc.....

I like 80s> canon EOS stuff as they wind teh whole film out first, then shoot it backwards, so every shot you've taken, is safe back inside the can.
I think a few 90s olympus/ canon compacts do that too? I used to have a 60s 35RF that shot backwards, can't remember what it was, looked like a Braun or an exacta?

  • I know the Richoh GR's do as well
